«Captain Marvel is a mixed bag, liked some of the SciFi elements & the cast is great overall but I’m afraid to say I think Brie Larson may have been mis-cast as Carol Danvers. I’ll get into it more in my Video Rewiew tomorrow. This movie will open big but it might not have legs.
I’ll add that maybe Larson might just need more time to flesh out the character in sequels, she might just need more time to find her groove with the role. I’m interested to see how she plays it in Endgame, maybe the Russo Brothers can help her tap into the character more.
Seeing people online who’ve seen Captain Marvel say things like...
“Thanos is going to get his ass kicked in Endgame!”
“Captain Marvel is the MOST powerful Avenger yet!”
I honestly don’t know what movie they saw? I mean she got lasers and all but Thor still holding that title.»
